Ch. Administration Departments Sub Department

§. 3 Subdepartments under the Administrative Ministers – their
Art. 8. To the Executive Chief it belongs to locate the
functions in common to them – pay – responsibility – location
destruction

Art. 1. Under To Within Under the Administration belong the functions are the Sub-departments
following. Each of them has its Minister. In each of them
the management or chief conduct of the business is in the hands of a Minister.
But in the hands of the same Minister may be the conduct
of the business of any number of Sub-departments: and
whether the number one only or any greater number
his pay is the same.

Art. 2. Each Sub-Department takes its denomination from the
denomination of its Minister: The Ministers are as follows. the Minister from the subject matter or object
of his functions. These Ministers are as follows.
1. Election Minister.
2. Legislation Minister.
3. Military Service Army Minister.
4. N Naval Service Navy Minister.
5. Interior Communications Minister.
6. Preventive Service Minister.
7. Indigence Relief Minister.
8. Education Minister.
9. Foreign Relation Minister.
10. National Domain Minister.
11. Finance Minister.

Art. 2. A Minister's pay is [ ] per day.ç Art. 2. The pay of a Minister is [ ] a per year
payable quarterly at the end of each quarter during which payable quarterly. Coming in at any day between one quarter day
he has served and another he is on the next quarter day paid for the fraction
of that portion.

Art. 3. The Executive Chief places on each allots to one and the same Minister the
business of
as many Sub-departments as in respect of them and
appropriate aptitude he is competent to execute the business of. Whatsoever
be the number, the pay of Ministers pay is the same is
functionary is paid but for one. The pay is for the whole of his disposable
time. The Executive Chief is responsible. If for encrease of patronage
he consigns to hands
