Constitut. Code
Art. 6. 2. The several functionaries by whom at
the several Voting Offices, belonging to the several Election Sub-districts
called Vote receiving or Voting Districts, the votes
delivered on the occasion of the Election of a Member of
the Legislature are received. Of these functionaries each such
functionary this official name is The Vote Clerk – namely of the
Election Distri Sub District or Voting-district in question
naming it.
Art. 7. Each Vote Clerk In each Election Sub District by the Vote
receiving Clerk of that same Election Sub District or Election Clerk for exercises performs that same function
the aggregate Election of those Votes there by whom for the Votes delivered on the occasion of the Election of a Member of the Legislature for the District in which that same Sub District belongs are received moreover the Votes therein delivered on the occasion of the
Election of the Members of the Sublegislature of that same
District.
Art. 8. To the election Minister it belongs to have the exercise
as chief the Dispensational function charge as chief of the several Edifices employed as Election
Offices and of those employed as Vote receiving Offices: together
with the several articles composing the Election Apparatus
thereto respectively belonging: as also of the several Regular Books
therein respectively kept.

Appendix is attached to the present Constitutional Code.
