Whatsoever be the inconveniences attendant in the operation
of drawing the lines of demarcation in question, one case there

Here however by the very nature of the case the arguments circumstances considerations
one of by which the above alledged indicated evils would otherwise be produced

expressed agreed upon, is to all of them ado beneficial: otherwise no
such agreement would have been formed: and those being the
terms actually agreed upon, it upon no other terms than
those would the agreement have been made the federal confederate
constitution formed: at any rate, that it would have been
formed is a proposition position an allegation of which in the very nature of the in support of which
case no conclusive evidence no sufficient evidence can
