Of the Legi Supreme Legislative authority
§. 2. Its formation.

Art. 1. (a)[Undivided]
☞ Here state the several distinguishable forms of government simple
and compound composite as in other sheets already written. Quere where?

The individual parts may be the parts – Authors Component authorities which this authority admitts of this
Sources of diversification, and Possible Sources of their diversification, and diversifications,
diversifications they admitt of are – from those sources are as follow.

1. Constitutive of each component authority may be: 1. Sole, or 2. Aggregate.
The power in the hands of an individual or in shape of a body
corporate.

2. Of each the number may be: 1. Singular. 2. Plural

3. Of The body may the successive members may be determined. 1.
By Birth: 2. By Election ab intrà self-election. 3. by Election of ab extra.
4. In case of Election ab extra then comes the question, who the
Electors.

5. In case of two bodies a bicorporate legislative consist composed
of two bribes, thereupon, if the first body are located by the people comes the question – who the Electors of by
whom the members of the second body located? by Electors in whom the location of
whom the people have an influence is by Electors in whom
they have the people have influence.

If by Electors in whom the people have influence, the members
are located by the people's Locatees.

Thus in the United States the members of the Senate are
located by the Legislatives of the several confederated States
who themselves are located by the body of the people.

In the each component body the legislative authority function may
be uncombined or with functions belonging to the
executive, or combined with a portion more or less considerable
with of the aggregate of those same functions.

In the United States, the Senate, one branch of that
bicorporate legislative adds to its share in the legislative a share
in the Executive.

So in England, the head of that mono bicorporate tricorporate body.
