Elector why immediate
Under the Spanish Constitution a by reason of a local and the number of stages of Election is three or four: the number
temporary nature of ranks of Electors interposed between the
immediate members of the Constitutive body and the members
of the Legislative in the location of whom they bear a part
is one or two. or three The reason circumstance consideration of a local and temporary nature
was the cause of the compleation to and produced
in this case. To such a degree were the broad and most
numerous orders under the sinister influence of the priesthood, that
had they been the immediate locators of the members of the
Legislative, those members would in large proportion of have
been the objects persons recommended by the priesthood, and
thence of course implacable means to the
reform in every shape including reform in the particular shape contemplated
whatever it was, included.
