Constitutional Code
From put before the bottom
4. Exemplification – English practice.
4. Grant or refusal, of dissolution of contract
as between a Husband and Wife. Waits of Legislative Legislature's time though not so
extensive, as in other case most other cases, yet much more palpable: exemplification English
practice. Principal efficient cause the conjunction of the particular and sinister
interest of the lawyer tribe with that of the aristocratical
tribe: 1. the lawyer-tribe, in respect of the enormous professional
profit of which a suit in this superiority preeminently ill constituted
judicatory has been made the source; 2. the aristocratical tribe,
in respect of the distinction it confers upon them, the capacity
of defraying the inordinate expence being of the number of the extensive
privileges confined to the hands of distinguished preeminent opulence; and
the comparative superior importance on thus ascribed of to their family
connections. While a single tribunal suffices for seduction
the time of this legislature, at the huts of those judicial tribunals, is occupied
in divorce by a divorce. Thus in England and Ireland. In Scotland an judicials ordinary judicatory suffices.
But in England (as per §. 20 Attendance &c) the government having for one
of the maxims of its policy the minimization of the time
employed by this compound body in the performance of its appropriate
duties, and accordingly to maximize the work of it,
waste upon this upon small scale passes unperceived unobserved.
