Constitutional Code
1. First as to appropriate As to moral aptitude – Moral aptitude With relation to
this task or say function, by moral appropriate moral aptitude
understand – the desire being in an adequate degree actuated
and guided by the desire of securing to the greatest number in
question at all times the greatest quantity r say the hap maximum of
happiness. For an enumeration of the several elementary ingredients in the aggregate
stiled happiness see Table of the Springs of Action Table.
Where there is adequate power, as here there is by the supposition
correspondent to desires will be endeavours: desiring their own
greatest happiness the person in question will in the exercise of
the power thus possessed by them endeavour in so far as they have
of i.e. are possessed of appropriate intellectual aptitude of
which afterwards endeavours at the securing to themselves, add and those
who are dear to them the maximum of happiness.

locating those functionaries by whom functions belonging to the supreme legislative power authority
shall be exercised; coupled with the power of dislocation, exercisible
– not only over in relation the persons so located, but also in relation
to all those by them located: to wit whether immediately
or through a chain of any length composed of intermediate locators.
