Ch. Judiciary collectively
§. Jurisdiction settling.
Art. 14. On this occasion the Judge will be particularly
on his guard against demands knowingly groundless having for their
object either the subjecting a party or parties on the other side to
groundless or needless vexation or expence or both, in the
taking up the time of the Judicatory with such counterfeit or
frivolous demands for the purpose of , its time from being
employed in taking cognizance of some serious and important
demand or demands whether aggregately or individually
or aggregately contemplated.
Art. 15. More particularly against the case where
of a conspiracy amongst divers persons for the prospect of
more such mischievous charges as above.
Art. 7. Only where judiciaries are
both of all of them Appelling Judicatories.
Art. 7. In the case above the competing thus conflicting antagonizing Judicatories
are both or all of them Immediate Judicatories
belonging to the field of jurisdiction of one and the same
Appellate Judicatory, the exercise of this same arbitrative
function belongs to such Appellate Judicatory.
In every other case it belongs to the Justice Minister.
