Constitutional CodeCh. Quasi Jury

Art. Such as above will be the yearly number
on the supposition, that, all the judicial days in the year
in the Judicial District a quarter, being on every judicial day
of the year there will be one or more Quasi-trials a hearing with before

Upon this plan the number of Quasi Jurors constantly every week in
attendance in the town in which the Judicatory is situated
will be 16: namely Quasi Jurors belonging to the week
there: supernumeraries ready to fill up the places of

Quasi Juror has served been in attendance during his week, another,
having in due time been convened, is ready to take his

Art. 2. From all parts of the Sub District come the
regularly appointed Quasi Jurors: from the town which is the
seat of the Judicatory come the supplemental Quasi-Jurors.
Twenty four [ ] hours before the commencement of the day on which
the first day of his week of service commences each Quasi Juror
is bound to attend and present himself at the Judgment seat: if
at that time he is not present, notice is given to the supplemental
