But numerous as they are, and separately taken relatively important
the vast majority of them – of all those Electors there is not will not be any
one by whom any of the faintest hope can ever be entertained of
procuring the location of any adequate number of members so disposed.
On the other hand of all those Electors there is not one by
whom a hope prospect will not naturally be entertained of finding seeing
located and contributing to locate a members in suffic adequate sufficient number
disposed to procure for all the maximum of those same elements
of felicity in so far as the happiness of no one was
sacrificed in no any greater than the necessary proportion to the happiness
of the rest: in a word to put the whole number as near as
the nature of the case admitts of upon a footing of equality
with all the rest in those respects.
As to the power of location, why it can although notwithstanding in
this case desires and endeavours will be of course exactly the same – why
with a few exceptions that will be mentioned it can not with advantage
go lower on the scale of efficient subornation will be
seen shown in proper place.
So, for the same as to the power of dislocation, why, and
for the same reasons, moral aptitude in its moral branch stands on the same
footing, will also be seen shown in proper place may also, from what has been said already, sufficiently understood.
