§. 2. Field of Jurisdiction.
Art. 1. Of an Appellate Judicatory the logical geographical
field is the same consistent with that of an the Election District.
In it are included the geographical fields of the several

Art. 3. Except as Exceptions excepted, Appeal can not be made

examination before a Quasi-Jury.
