Constitutional Code

Art. 8. No person is entitled to serve in the character
of professional assistant till after having served in
the character of judicial Visitor one service year as
above he has served for one other service year in the character of gratuitous
assistant to persons rendered who by want of pecuniary
means are unable to obtain to hired mercenary assistants.
During that time his professional title is Probationary Law Assistant

Art. 9. During such second service year his station
when not actually employed but waiting to be employed
is in the Visitors Gallery.
During that time his professional title is Probation Gratuitous Law Assistant Lawyer.

Art. 10. A professional Assistant is locable in the
situation of Pursuer General Depute permanent or occasional
or Defender General permanent or occasional.

☞ Add in the Chapter Of concerning Pursuer and Defender Generals a
provision requiring service as Deputes to render men locable
within several situations.

For professional Assistants there is but one list. This
same individual who assists in the capacity of an Attorney
assists assists the same person in the same suit and at the same time in the capacity of Advocate: the same
individual who assists in the capacity of Advocate assists
the same individual in the service time not at the same time
in the character capacity of Attornies.

§. 4 Capacity for Offices

Art. After two years service years served in the as
Judicial Visitor, a Probationary Lawyer is locable in the several situation
of Registrar Depute occasional Defender General Depute
occasional, Pursuer General Depute occasional, and Judge Depute
occasional: and in any of those situations his service
will for the same quantity of time be equivalent to service as
Judicial Visitor.

Art. But when men his time of Probationary service being
compleated he has been on any occasion practiced as Professional Lawyer, he is has caused to be capable of being located
in the situation of Judge
principal or in that of Judge Depute
permanent or occasional.
