§. Remuneration
The more the functionary, the more
1. Judicial
2. Distracted
3. Able to engage supporters
4. Apt to exaggerate the expence necessary
Art. 16. On the location of the individual bidder
the effect of the bidding is as follows. Location does not follow from it
of course. But so far as concerns frugality economy the superiority
of the bidding terms in question in relation to all others is notified
to the Locating functionary. At the same time so is the
rank of the bidder as determined as per § 12 by the Quantification
Judicatory: and with those documents before him and universally known to be before him, he the Locator
decides.
Art. As well on the ground or ordering
Art. 17. By extraordinary service whatsoever the individual understand whatsoever as
above, the individual by whom it is rendered does did not stand bound to render.
Art. 18. An individual who not being located is by acceptance
given to any official situation bound to perform render the
services attached to it has rendered an extraordinary service
any service of an which being extraordinary nature is in nature or
degree is analogous referable to the mass of service belonging to
this or that class subdepartment may to this purpose be
considered as being at that time belonging to it: and if
in point of quantity as to remuneration having claim
to a quantity at least equal to that which would have
been regarded as due to him had he been at the time
of possessed of the official situation to the business functions of
which the extra service in question bears the nearest resemblance.
