Art. Quasi-misdecision is where without any
decision and consequently without misdecision evil and
injury is produced in the same any shape the same in which
injury might have been produced by means of it.

The effect of misdecision is capable of being produced in
any shape either by delay or by precipitation.

Art. By undue delay, the effe ways in which
the effect of ultimate misdecision are is producible are as follows over
and above the vexation and expence producible by it, are
as follows.

In the field of delay are included. 1. Proceedings
to ultimate decision: 2. Ultimate decision itself. 3. Execution in consequence.

Necessary to the giving execution and effect to the law
are 1. Means of proof: 2. Means of execution. 3. consequently Time
and other means of communication for both the above purposes.
In Comprehendible under means of proof are
means of disproof in so far as the alledged proof adduced is
def is deceptious.

Cognoscible under the head of means of execution
are means of eventual execution.

What In in any case may have place is that a means
of execution which if immediately at the commencement
of the suit later at the power of the Judge would
have rendered the performance of execution certain for want
of this being thus dealt with execution either in the
part or in the whole fails of being performed. Here
means in which if the party implied of is either either in a
penal suit guilty or in a non penal suit in the wrong, in
such sort that on his part reluctance to submitt eventual execution
is odious, the need of prehension as to body person is pro-
