This is democracy. By those who advocate any other form
of Government such as pure Monarchy, pure Aristocracy or a mixture
of either or both with some watch and having no relation
to happiness is employed instead of all argument having happiness
for its ground. By For pure Monarchy or pure Aristocracy; legitimacy
as for Monarchy and Aristocracy with a mixture of
Democracy, balance of power, or mixture of classes

Of all those several compositions justification a common characteristic
is – the having no relation to the greatest happiness maximization of happiness of the greatest
number. No object is declared professed. But the real object is the providing
the greatest happiness of that one to the most perfect neglect of
the happiness of all besides.
