14. Power to Pursuer General and Defender General to interpose
of apprehension of in case of misdecision or malpractice
to prevent definitive misdecision or malpractice in any other
shape on the part of the Judge.
15. Obligation on them respectively, if called upon by a party
on either side.
16. They responsible for non denuntiation, if though not
called upon to interpose, misdecision or malpractice in any other shape
on the part of the Judge has fallen under their observation.
17. Facility afforded to Appeal on behalf of a suitor imperatively
indigent, where in so far as the Appeal would
