1. Between two sets, both
as aptly composed as
possible so as not to be
the same, difference ideal
not real and practical:
evil, evanescent.

Thus in US
states 24: in all, bodies
of Constituents and operatives
differently composed.

other: (slaves out of the case).
Good conduct of the operatives
in the best constituted,

As to demarcation lines,
in every federative
government they are
unavoidable.

Example, U.S.

But, being unavoidable,
and the application
of them continually
recurring, hence men
come to be sagacious
and expect in the application
of them: by close
and unremitted attention,
penetration and
clearness of conception
and expression are rendered
general and adequate.

Should ever opinions
clash, not so interests:
hence by minority, majority's
determination is submitted
to, without heart-
burning or repugnance.

Thus from this cause
in such legislatures, no
such evil as in judicatures
under existing forms
of government.

In such Judicatories, a
contest concerning the interpretation
of a word or
phrase, is a contest for
power and money, as between
judicatory and
judicatory.

Not so as between ordinary
supreme operative
and Constitution-
making or mending do.
