[Personal exposure] –
Mode.
1. Posture, sitting – face,
universally visible.
2. Station, centre of an
open area.
3. Chair on a pivot, to
present equal view
of the face to all around
by periodical
movements.
4. Hands tied behind,
to exclude the power
of disturbing the intended
arrangements.
5. For protection, Cage
at head, if desired by
patient.

[Banishment for not
more than a year
but renewable]
viz. by fresh order of
Justice Minister's
for the same or less
time without fresh
trial, notified in Government
newspaper:
so repeatedly, any
number of times.
3.
[Confiscation of property.]
Moderate fine excepted,
sole object of such
confiscation is preventing
patient's property
from being employed
against the State.
Thence in case of a
proprietor be enough
income left for at
least a bare subsistence
for self and otherwise
destitute wife,
and children.
