by periodical
movements.
4. Hands tied behind,
to exclude the power
of disturbing the intended
arrangements.
5. For protection, Cage
at head, if desired by
patient.

[Banishment for not
more than a year
but renewable]
viz. by fresh order of
Justice Minister's
for the same or less
time without fresh
trial, notified in Government
newspaper:
so repeatedly, any
number of times.

3.
[Confiscation of property.]
Moderate fine excepted,
sole object of such
confiscation is preventing
patient's property
from being employed
against the State.
Thence in case of a
proprietor be enough
income left for at
least a bare subsistence
for self and otherwise
destitute wife,
and children.
