II. Exposure Part.

Article 14. Thus is the Supreme Constitutive supreme
over the Supreme Legislative, as also over the Supreme
Executive. As to the Supreme Legislative – it is so with
reference to the Sub-legislatures and the Supreme Executive.
The Supreme Executive is so with relation to the
several other functionaries belonging to the Executive Department. Under the Supreme Executive are contained
the Supreme Administrative and the Supreme Judiciary,
of which under their several heads concerning the
members of which are the several constitutive heads.

§.1 Ch. 5. Of the Supreme Constitutive

§. 1. The Supreme Constitutive – Extent, and in whom.

Art. 1.(a) [unimmiediately] Of the Superordinate, the action
on the subordinate is immediate, when to the production of
the effect, there exists not any authority the inter operation action
of which is necessary: immediate, when to the production
of the effect the operation action of authorities, one or more than
one is necessary. Thus, as the Executive Administrative Chief, the
power of location is, in the Supreme Constitutive, not
immediate, but unsatismediate: the Supreme Constitutive
locating the Supreme Legislative, and the
Supreme Legislative the Executive Administrative Chief. But, in regard
as to that same functionary, the power of distriction as in
the Supreme Constitutive immediate. In regard to But as to the
Supreme Constitut Legislative, and the several Sublegislatures
is the locative power of the Supreme Constitutive
immediate.
