if no conviction in
that year.

Calendar of each year,
will be inserted the
Convict Lists of all
preceding years.

quantity of matter
in these lists be so
great as to be
incommodious,
Legislature will
terminate the series and
ordain the commencement
of a new one.
Of preceding series,
the matter will then
be abstracted in
succeeding ones.
