Quondam Prime
Ministers to choose out of.

Prime Minister's
term of Service, the
Election is performed:
as per §. 3.

expiration of a Prime
Minister's term of
Service, Legislature
omitts to make a fresh
Election, the omission
is on all by whose
default it has place,
an anti-constituional
offence: tending to
substitute to a
Representative democracy
Monarchy or Aristocracy:
responsible
functionally as well
as by dislocability,
any offender.

or migrating, have

in the territory of the

Dislocable is the
Prime Minister by the
authority for the giving
execution etc. to whose
will, he was located in
the Legislature.

2.
Art. 2. Other causes of
dislocation same as
in the case of a Member
of the Legislature,
as per Ch. VL. §. 6. Art. 1
