service

1.
Art. 1. Special cause of
dislocation excepted,
during life continues
located. Bis — Tris — etc.
Subordinates in the
several Subdepartments.

These are
1. Resignation.
2. Promotion in same
line.
3. Transference with
consent.
4. Dislocated by superordinate
immediate
or unimmediate.
5. Dislocation by legislature.
6. Dislocation by
constitutive as per Ch. V.
§. 8.

Art. 2. Persons to whom
this continuance
extends not.
1. Persons engaged for a
limited time.
2. Persons specially
engaged for particular
and temporary service.
Example writing
clerks, artists, Artisans,
labourers.

by dislocation or in
any minor shape, by
superordinate of grade
inferior to Sub Department
Minister's, remedy
is complaint to
him: he proceeding
judicially, as per Ch.
VIII. §. 16. Prime Minister.

decision, power to
complainant, or superordinate
complained of
to appeal to Prime
Minister. Final his
decision.

Art. 3. Against do. by
Minister, complaint
lies to Prime Minister.

to locate a Depute.

assistance of Judge

publicity etc. is the
form on every such
examination.

Art. 7. Exceptions.
Where for the avoidance
of detriment
to the public service
in a determinate
shape by publicity,
secresy is permitted.
In this case, the person
officiating as
Judge, locates a Registrar,
and as in a
Judicatory, the entry
is made of the
proceedings, is a
Special Secret Register.
Confer the other cases
of secresy.
