understand that which is made
of engines, tools, receptacles,
fixt and moveable and
vehicles which, as such,
are each applied to the
bringing into existence and
preparing for service an
indefinite multitude
of principal subject
matter.
These being applied or
applicable, employed or
employable every day,
the application made of
them will not need to be
registered on any day.

into use singly, the

mortars, balls, or bombs:

with others, forming

fabrication conjunctive:
when conjunctive, the
mode of operation will

apposition as in the case
of the elementary parts
of the carriages: or by
mixture, as in the case

formation of the thing
for use materials are
consumed which enter
not into the
composition of it:
