Art 20. Of the appropriate
Judicatory, — Judges
a superordinate
of the alledged oppressor:
viz.
1. Alledged oppressor, a
Minister, Judge the
Prime Minister.
2. Alledged oppressor, the
Prime Minister, Judge
the legislature, as per
Ch. VI. §. 28. legislation
Penal Judicatory.
3. Alledged oppressor of
a grade such that the
grade of his next
superordinate is below
the Minister's, Judge
the Minister.

Art 21. Of his own
motion, or at instance
of complainant, or
party complained of,
the Judge gives power
to special Judge to
invoke the Judge Ordinary:
viz. Judge Immediate
of the Sub-district
in which is the residence
of the functionary
complained of.

Art 22. Justifying causes.
Examples.
1. Obtainment of
Evidence from Evidence
holders, over whom Judge
special has no
evidence elicitation
power.
2. Avoidance of
suspicion of undue favor.
3. Increase to publicity,
thence to security,

judicial functions,

cognizance to Judge
