field of Jurisdiction
the same as
of permanent.

be either per suit, or
per day; i. e. for all
suits within that
time.

when located per
time, he will, unless
in case of necessity,
avoid taking such

be terminated on
the day.

consent of parties on

receives his deputation.

remuneration

agreement.

So it be for the whole
business, a sum certain
agreed on
beforehand, and not
a sum
employed.

is a person, who, for
service as Depute
occasional, has ever
received remuneration.

§. 4. Power how limited

nor property, goods or lands of any
person, other than those
joining in requesting
