On the smallness of the Judgeshire,
thence on their number,
and on the smallness
of the pay expense
bestowed on the Judicatories
in official pay etc
depends the possibility of
rendering justice to all.

For minimization of
official pay, means
of effectuation two:
1. Minimization of the
pay of paid service.
2. Maximization of the
service obtained gratis.

Advocates dislike Judgeship
or 2.
In most countries
greater than needful is
the pay of Judges etc.
In England more
particularly so.

Of the system of the
Pannomian one principle
being the exclusion
of Advocates from
Judgeship, save sure the
resistance of all
Advocates and Judges.

Advocates
or 3.
For effectuating such
resistance, in all
Government departments
inculcated are two rules: (In 5.)
the compleater the assurance
of their falsehoods,
the stronger the energy
of their assertion.

Advocates
or 4.
Particularly true this of the
Judiciary department: from
the importance of the business
it derives its plausibility —
from the proficiency
of the profession in the arts
of deception its effective
force.
