governed by the same rules as that of the judge,
as per Ch. XII § 26 25. Ch. XIII. §. 1.2. p.4. Except as per Ch. XIII. §. 3. Night-attendance. A Registrar, as per §. 2. above is the constant
collaborator of the Judge. See §. 2.
