Art 1. In regard to this function, and the
exercise to be given to it, things that will fall topics for consideration
to be considered are as follows
1. Objects or say ends-in-view, uses or and their purposes,
of the several operations, in this as in every other part of the business <note>of this and the several other departments, <add>enumerated in §§. 2 Art. 1, expressed in the most general terms their objects may be distinguished </note>
