of the law indicable by
any person, functionary or
not, exercising the melioration
suggestive function

Art 13 Of the heads of imperfection, to which any the suggestions
furnished submitted by any person, functionary or non functionary,
in the exercise of the melioration-suggesting function as applied
to the body of laws, the examples as the following
