Constitutional Code Ch. XI. Ministers Severally
§. 2. II Legislation Minister

☞ These two Sheets as are confined to Judge's Amendments.(12)

Art. 10. Under the care of the Legislation Minister,
within {seven} days after the last day of the first calendar
month in every year, and so of every succeeding month,
will be published a printed List or say Calendar, of all such duly proposed
Amendments as shall have been received at his office
in the course of the proceedings.

Expositive

Art. 11. In such Calendar, in relation to each such proposed amendment,
indications will be given under the heads following—

1. Portions of the existing
Pannomion on which
it is regarded as bearing:
making reference to the
Code, Chapter, Section
and Article.
2. Person or persons
from whom it was
received at the Legislation
Minister's Office.
3. Person or persons by
whom it was so received.
4. Days on which it
was so received.

Art. 27. In the case of each such Judicial Amendment
Report, the day on which it is received will be termed its
reception day.

Act. 22. 22 On the [ Enactive

After the lapse of {seven} entire days, if
of this consideration time, if in the mean time,
no appropriate evidence of disapprobation has been received
by the Legislation Minister him either from the Legislature, or from any of
the Judiciary authorities, in Ch. XII. Judiciary Collectively
§. 20. Eventually emendative function, in this
behalf mentioned, —the an amendment thus submitted by the
Judge principal if an Immediate Judicatory, will
will by tacit consent given by acquiescence, be deemed to have received the sanction of the
Legislature: whereupon, if in ready-adapted and symmetrical form expressed,
to wit, in either of the two modes the codirective
on the reeditive, as per Ch. VI. Legislature §. 29 Members'
motions, be the Legislation Minister will, in it's appropriate place,
aggregate it to the body of the laws.

Enactive

Art. 53 24 To the printed impression of every amendment
thus aggregated, the Legislation Minister will cause to be
added, at the bottom of the page, in form of a Note,
indication, as concise as may be brief as possible of the names, personal
and official, of the several Judiciary authoritiesfunctionaries,
through whose hands as per Ch. XII Judiciary collectively for §.20 Eventually emendative function as above, it has passed, and
of the parts, in relation thereunto, respectively taken by them, in relation thereunto
