Cop<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>
Let it All the while let it not be forgotten, that
to the Legislative Minister, as to every other Minister, liking
at all issues, Deputes in any such number as, according to his
judgment and experience, the business requires:
and, as to their disagreeing in their views, after
what has been as above, does not present itself, the danger
either of delay, or of want of adequate adaptation does not present
itself as considerable.
Instrumental.
Note, here, that the shape in which the use
and usefulness of this function will be principally exemplified is
not the faculty will exist — not so much in what
is done by him Legislative Minister, and his Deputes in relation to the business
of adaptation, as in what, in the under the app of seeing
the defects in the draughts laid open to him his view and through
him his the the difficulty; will he share towards this same end by
every body else.
