§.2.II. Legislation Minister.

Art. 17 15 or 8 17 In the case of a law, which, in consequence
of a declaration of urgency as above, has
passed without having been committed to the Legislation
Minister, he will, as of soon as it has passed, unless inhibited by the
Legislature, take cognizance of it, and as
for the purpose of securing its being ultimately in symmetrical form.

to the end that the Legislature may, if the
form be accordingly on hearing of the Report, deemed
unsymmetrical, substitute to it either the form reported
symmetrical, or in lieu of it some other
which shall have been deemed to be so.

it will be, in that state, aggregated, of course to the body of
the laws: if reported unsymmetrical, a draught, deemed by him symmetrical,
will be delivered in by him along with it: which draught

if it be disapproved, another will be substituted it will either be rejected
altogether, or another will, by under direction of the Legislature, be
by the Legislation Minister, substituted to it.
