Instructions to the Legislator

Art. 9 or 1 In relation to the ArmyDefensive Force Service and the
Preventive Service, the Legislators will it will be considered consider, how far, by a
mixture of Army Defensive Force Funtionaries with Preventive Service functionaries, the
advantages of a stationary with those of a migratory establishmentbody
establishment body may be combined, and the two branches of the service establishment
Official Establishment rendered may be mutually subservient, each to the purpose
for which the other is instituted

Under the Legislation, this will be matter of special consideration
