Saving Eruptions.

Article.1. To the Interior Communication Minister
belong the three functions relatively to all such such instruments
of examination fixt and moveable between any part and of
the territory of the state, as the disposal of

Government are the following

by the Executive Prime Minister Chief shall have been placed at the disposal of the competence
of the Army Minister, the Navy Minister, the Preventive Service
Minister the Indigence Relief Minister, the Education Minister, or the
National Domain Minister.
