S VI. Indigence Relief Minister

S.II.VII. Indigence-Relief Minister's functions.

Article 1. To the Indigence Relief Minister belong the
three functions relatively to all Government arrangements,
having for their object the affording relief to
indigence.

Article 2. So, by the exercise of the function,
to keep in state of appropriate aptitude all such Establishments
as, having this service for their object,
are on foot or in progress under the direction of Government.

Article 3. So, the Statistic and melioration-suggesting
functions, relatively to all Establishments on foot
or in progress under the direction of individuals or
associated bodies.
