Art. 7 On the occasion of the inspection taken of Education
Establishments maintained at the expence of the several
Legislations, subordinate bodies corporate and individuals
respectively the Educ it will be the the Ministers [especial] case of the

the view of producing uniformity contrary to the wishes and opinions
and wishes of the parties immediately concerned.
