Art. 10. So, as to the contents of all shops and
Storehouses, in which drugs, designed to be employed
for medical purposes, are kept for sale, or otherwise
for distribution.

Art. 12. In particular as to all such drugs,
medicaments, and drugs designed to be employed for medical
purposes as from any general office or repository, have been
conveyed or are appointed or designed to be conveyed to any
of the appropriate stations, in the Army service, Navy
Service, or the Indigent Poor Relief services Hospital Service.

Art. 12. So, as far as regards the public health, the
inspective, statistic, recordative and meliorative-suggestive</del>
<add>functions as from any general office or repository, have been function, as to the object following: that is to say,
conveyed or are appointed or designed to be conveyed to any</lb> 1. Places, if indeterminate.
2. Common and Public drains.
3. Theatres, or other similarly extensive places of public
entertainment.
4. Lands, whether internal or external to the Domain, to individuals,
or to public bodies, in so far as such lands
are constantly on occasionally covered with stagnant
water, liable to be detrimental to health.
5. Bills of mortality, in so far as published, and open
to general inspection.
6. Register of the weather, in so far as published
open to general inspection.
