Ch.
§.10 Foreign Relation Minister

Art. 8. In the exercise of his locative function, to
him it belongs under the direction of the Prime Minister, it belongs
to he locates and dispatches the sev Agents of the several
classes and grades serving commissioned to act for this this state in foreign parts.

Art. 9. So likewise to dislocate, and recall them.

Art. 10. Examples of things belonging to this Sub-department
are as follows the following

I. Things immoveable

1. The Edifice or apartment in which foreign
the documents belonging to this sub-department are kept, and
in which the Sub-Minister and the Scribes subordinates under his direction
are stationed while occupied in the business.

2. The Edifice or apartment, if a different one, in which
reception is given to the several foreign Agents as abovementioned

3. The residences of the several foreign Agents, in respect of
them are requisite to the securing them in their official in relation to their privileges, as above.
respectively belonging to them.

II. Things movable.

4.1. The several navigable vessels, if any, which belonging
to this state, are constantly or for a time, are employed in
the conveyance of government dispatches from this department, to the territories
belonging to this of this or any foreign State. or to belonging to foreign state

Art. 11. In relation to having the the Commanders of such navigable vessels and
their subordinates, in so far as so employed
from the department as above, he exercises in concert with the Navy Minister
