§.1112 Of theFinance Minister

Art.1. Under Legislature
and Primer Minister
he gives execution and effect
to Legislative Ordinances
as to fabrication, receipt
and disposal of the
money of the Stock, and
to occasional directions
from valuable matter and Primer Minister
Art.1. To the finance Minister, under the Legislature
and the Prime Minister, it belongs to give at all times, execution and
effet to the Ordinances of the Legislation relate in relation
as to the receipt fabrication, custody and expditiondistribution and disposal of the money of the
state, and to the occasional directions from time to
time ing from the Primer Minister.

Art.2. To this purpose, subject to the direction of the
Prime Minister, it belongs to him to exercise.
Art.3- Examples of things belonging to this Sub Department
are the following —
I, Things immoveable —
1. The metallic money Mint: in which are fabricated
such portions of intrinsically valuable matter as are
in use for the purpose of exchange
2. The paper money Mint: in which are fabricated
such portions of the matter of wealth as consist in promises
of paper metallic money to the transfer of metallic money.
