Quasi-Jury
(1 §6 Erudites, how located

§.6 — Erudite Section, how located.

Art.1. Quasi-Jurors of the Erudite Section are thus
located

Any person choosing rather to serve in this rather than in select and
distinguished rather than in the Popular Section sends in his name to the Voti Registry of the herein after
Immediate Judicatory (a)
mentioned Voting Vote Clerk of the Sub-Department also to the
hereinafter mentioned Sub-legislative Clerk.(b)

Art. 2. For a each Election Sub-District that is to say for each
Immediate Judicial District, the Sub Legislators of (J (c) the Election District that same Sub-
District in which that Sub-District is containeddetermines by lot [ ] days before say on the first day of every Year, the number
of Erudite Jurors whose name shall stand upon the Eventually
serving Jurors list for that same year: including in
such list the number of all such applicants.

Art 3 — Or in default of the Sub-Legislator the
Justice Minister, Pursuer-General of that the Immediate Judicatory

Art. 2. For each Immediate Judicatory
District, if the number of applicants be greater than the number
requisite for requisite for the service, the more those who are
to serve are determined [ ] days by lot. The lots are chosen
in the Justice Chamber [ ] Days before the commencement
of every year the names of those who are to serve dur
in the course of the year at the time respectively appointed
are thus drawn under the direction of the Pursuer General
of that same Judicatory.

Art. 3. To provide for the contingency of a deficiency
in the number those that willing to serve in this unpaid but
distinguished list will be for the care of the Legislature.
