Art

Art.1. Attached to every Judicatory are two classes of
Assessors, obligatorily serving and spontaneously serving:
the individuals ever-changing:obligatorily serving, the
Quasi-Jury: spontaneously-serving: thea Casual Audience
Book are ind as stiled Visitors. the Quasi Jury, a section attendant members
of the Constitutive authority; the Visitors Casual Audience, Members
of a Committee of the Public Opinion Tribunal.

Art.2. Except as excepted

Assessors are present at every cause, and at every proceeding hearing on

the purpose of to serve as a check upon the conduct of
the permanent and official Judge.

Art. 3 In every Quasi
Jury sections viz.
1. Popular: members, the
Populous: 2. Erudite

Art.3. In every Quasi Jury there are two descriptions
of persons constituting two Sections there are two Sections: One1. the
popular sections: the name of the Quasi Jurymen belonging to it, for shortness the populars:
the the erudite Section: name of the Quasi Jury men
belonging to it for shortness the erudites

Art.4; To insure a majority,
numbers always
