Art. 1. In relation to money; the functions that
may have place are the following: the Latin word for money
1. Ære-postulative or Money-requiring craving.
2. Ære-fabricative—Money-making.
3. Ære-receptive—Money-receiving.
4. Ære-custoditive—Money-keeping.
5. Ære-applicative—Money-applying.

Art. 2. Application of money, as contradistinguished from
transmissive custodilia custody is performed by emission transmission to wit from
hand to hand: which and in this case may be with or without the intervention
of middle hands.

Art. 4. Emission of money may have place either in payment

if for an equivalent procurative; if with not for an equivalent, donative. In English official practice money transmitted in the case
is stiled imprest money and and us said to be impressed.
