Constitutional Code
Ch XII Judiciary collectively
§.1. Preliminary Explanation
10
That for the accommodation
of a single individual
persons in
any number shod at all
times be in attendance
is not thought extraordinary
That If for the accommodation of a single individual
as so should be arranged as that should not be a moment of time
during the whole of his life, persons in any number should be in
attendance, in an arrangement of this sort supposing the individual
capable for affording the expence in anman scarcely would any person
see any thing extraordinary - any thing to disapprove. Yet, for
the benefit of all - of the ingread or the millions with a few exceptions excepted and those narrow and afforded by what is called John recent one in no Code
of law in any such arrangement been made
11
So for private individuals
accommodation
to be paid for ordinary
remuneration on all
rays, at all power
For the accommodation of individuals service in all imaginable
shapes it to be foundhad atin all twe days and all hours, and
for ordinary remuneration these individuals there are who each of
whom one in all days and all hours ready and glad to
render it: witness witness all those whose business it is to supply diet, medicine, and consequence
12
Yet (with narrow exceptions) no law ever
made for providing
justice at all times
for the millions
From what cause this difference? From what, but the utter
falsity of all those professions of sym-regard for the greatest happiness
of subjects whi of which rulers have in all politicalgovernments States been so
lavish, professions of which the utterances has been so confident, and
the contradiction so uniformly true and therefore so intolerable.
