Having for its en end different from that which
of any other parties, The end aimed at by the code here proposed body of his being
different from the only end aimed at by any other nation
the Anglo American United States so far as regards the Constitutional
Code alone accepted, the means employed in other
words the several subordinate ends could not now be
correspondently different. If the whole body of law taken in
its maximization of the greatest happiness of the greatest
number is the end - object. Of that part which concerns
the Judicial Establishment, maximization of the number respect
given to the law as applied to the purpose of maximizing
the extent and equality to whom of the protection of
the law of the afforded against injury in every
shape as in so far as capable of being inflicted by
adversaries.

proceedure

As to the Judicial establishment so intimate is its
connection with its system of procedure that in any
explanation given of the forms one it is not possible to avoid
bringing into view to an extent more or less considerable
the intended purpose of the otherslatter

necessary functionaries

Having for its end a superordinate the maximization of the partition
and security afforded by the services of the functionaries
belonging to the judiciary system it sits before itself in the
first place two conjuncts subordinate objects namely
admitting maximizing the number of those to whom should
benefit is imported: 2. rendering adequate and keeping at all times to that purpose
the number of the functionaries employed in the imparting
of it.
