All this notwithstanding, in no place is the degree in which
the public system stiled the system of judicial procedure is
actually produced by and carried on by the person or persons
occupied in the production of it so great as that in which
when on their coming into the life world they every where
saw it actually produced. Of an effect so different from not
to say so opposite to every that thing which to the production certain and
maintenance preservation of the greatest net amount of happiness would
have been necessary which can have been the cause? Answers -
this - whichsoever of the two places were be taken under consideration
in the character of a the sacred, power adequate in quantity
to the production of the effect in question will be seen to
have place or that same effect existence can not have been
given given or secured.

Exceptions relatively few cas, temporary, and
relatively and comparatively few excepted, every person
is clearer to himself than any to that same one person, not to say all
