Constitutional Code. 1. Enactive Part Ch. XI. Judicatory Collectively

Art 2.2. Judge's Inaugural Declaration, in
which are included amongst other things, apposite
delineations of sinister interest in it's several shapes,
with promise of effectual resistance to it. This engagement
pronounced by the Judge on the judgment
seat, on entrance into office, in the face of the actors
of all classes in the Judicial theatre. See Ch. XII.

Art 3.3. This same instrument, or an abridgement
of it, kept hung up at all times in a conspicuous
part of the Justice Chamber in full view of all present,
so that, as often as occasion calls, all eyes may
at the same time be directed to any part of it.

Art 4. 4. Constant exposure to the censorial
power of the Public Opinion Tribunal, by the publicity
of judicial proceedings, and in particular
by the presence and powers of the obligatory serving
Quasi Jury, whose presence, on all occasions
of importance, is, as per Ch.XVI., uninterrupted.

Art 5.5. So, by the presence of the spontaneously
serving visitors, for whom, for the maximization of
their number and appropriate aptitude, apt recommendations
and encouragements are, as per
Ch.XIV., provided.
