Art 20. 20. Constancy of attendance provided
for by payment by the day only, and on the judgment
seat only, with the obligation of finding a Depute for
every day and hour on which the principal is not
present there. See Ch.XX.

Art. 21. 21. Securities against danger from
local connections and some others excepted as not
being applicable correspondent securities, Nos 1.2.
3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11.12.13.17.18.19. extended to the
situation of judge Deputes.

Art. 22. 22. Appeal to Judge Principal from
acts of his Depute.

Art. 23. 23. For the acts of his Deputes, occasional
as well as permanent, the Judge responsible
to the purpose of compensation, having recourse
to such Deputes for his indemnity: also, to
the purpose of punibility, in case of his cooperating
with, or conniving at any behaviour, known by
him to be criminal, on their part.

Art. 24. 24. In the case for a Judge Immediate,
the probationary process to which, as per S.17, he is subjected,
before he can be promoted to the situation of
judge Appellate.

Art. 25. 25. Dislocability of all judges, as well
Appellate as Immediate, by the Justice Minister, as
per Ch. XIII. S.

Art 26. 26. So, by the Legislative, as per Ch.VI. S.

Art. 27. 27. So, by the Constitutive authority, as
per Ch.V. SS.2 and 8.
