Art.6.6. Structure of the justice chamber, having
in view, amongst other purposes, the rendering impracticable
all clandestine intercourse, in whispers, between
the judge on the one hand, and parties and their assistants,
and Quasi jurymen on the other. See S.

Art.7.7 Interdiction, as per S.23, of emolument
in every shape, but that of known and avowed pay, provided,
at the expence of the whole community, by the
legislative.

Art.8.8. In particular, interdiction of all emolument
at the expence or by favor of parties, (for example
in the name of fees) on the occasion and on account
of individual judicial instruments and operations.

Art.9.9. In a suit between party and party, power,
and in a manifest case obligation on, the pursuer, General
or Defender General, as the case may be, to interpose,
and with appropriate respect, give advice or warning
to the judge.

Art.10.10. Obligation in them respectively, if on proper
ground, their aid is requested, by a party on either side, for
that purpose.

Art.11.11 In case of manifest mal-practice, Pursuer
General and Defender General respectively responsible, if being
apprized of it, they have left it unopposed: or, in so far as
opposition has been guiltless undenounced to the Justice
Minister responsibility, to wit, to the purpose of making
compensation for damage, with or without ulterior inflection
in the name of punishment.

Art.12.12 In an Immediate Judicatory, facility given to
Appeal by an appeal Expence Contribution Box, stationed
in a conspicuous part of the justice chamber, for the reception
of any such money, as, by sympathy for the individuals,
or for the interest of the public in respect of
justice, members of the Public Opinion Tribunal may feel
disposed to pay towards the expence of Appeal, by a party, regarded
as having been injured.Art.13.13.
