§.3. Judiciary functionaries

Instructional — Expo Enactive, Expositive
Art. 1. Functionaries stiled Judiciary are the following: of whom
some are stiled Magisterial others Ministerial: among them are divers of
Instructional
whose members may be seen made in §.2. under the in the list of Actors in the judicial drama theatre.

Art. 1. Belonging to every Judicatory Among the actors
in the Judicial theatre as above belonging to every Judicatory
are besides the Judge and his Deputes judicial functionaries magisterial and ministerial

Instructional Expositive
Art. 2. By Magisterial are judiciary functionaries understand
those which follow
. In the several District Judicatories or say Appellate Judicatories and the several Subdistrict Judicatories or
say Immediate Judicatories
thereto belonging


1. The Judge and his several Deputes.
2. The Registrar and his several Deputes.
3. The Government Advocate and his several Deputes.
4. The Eleemosynary Advocate and his several Deputes.
5. The Quasi-Juror when on the occasion of a Recapitulatory
Enquiry assembled.
5. Justices or say Keepers of Peace [+]
6. Executioners

2. Mandate-bearers

3. Other Mandate-bearers at large, to wit permanent in contradistinction to occasional, as per Art. if any.
4. Guards. to wit permanent in contradistinction to occasional, as per Art.
5. Jailors, or say Prison-keepers or Incarcerators.
