S.4. Grades of Judicatores . their grades.
Art. Judicatory and Judicatory
will be in a particular manner directed to the preservation of
uniformity and symmetry of decision and practice as will
in matters in the field belonging to the branch as in matters in the field of
belonging to the substantive b of the law

Art. 1 In every SubDistrict [or Business District][or District]
as an Immediate Judicatory with a correspondent Judicatory
Establishment, as ab above

Art.2. In every District as an Appellate Judicatory
with its Judicial Establishment, as above.

Note II

II To Bis-Subdistrict, or Tris-Subdistrict. Whether Immediate Judicatories
shall be in any and what degree more numerous than the Elective
Voting Districts (see Election Code) must depend upon the local circumstances
of the particular State. By the no multitude of Immediate Judicatories
numerous than can can any must be created for any addition
to the number of thethese grades.
